We are looking to expand the TA6 marketing and account management team with two exceptional candidates.

Job Title: Marketing Account Manager
Reports To: Head of Marketing
Department: TA6 – Marketing Team
Location/ Region: Home-based with occasional travel nationwide
Salary: £34,500 per annum OTE
Key Objectives

To work closely with your clients to understand their business objective and offer creative, and inspiring input to propose the right solutions. To create and project manage multiple engaging campaigns ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget whilst exceeding the client’s expectation.

Main Activities
  • Lead on portfolio of accounts and manage day to day client care.
  • Create inspiring campaigns from concept through to delivery.
  • Project manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, ensuring they are on brief from concept to delivery.
  • Work-flow management – liaising with internal creatives and external supplier where needed.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Produce reports covering all aspects of monthly activity and report on ROI.
  • Create marketing plans and coordinate marketing campaigns on behalf of clients.
  • Assist in the monitoring of marketing spend and budget allocation.
  • Liaise with the digital team to develop and monitor all online advertising.
  • Coordinate offline marketing activity and liaise with relevant partners and suppliers.
  • Produce engaging content and execute plans on time and within budget to meet the client’s objectives.
  • Undertake remote audits and mystery shopping services.
  • Monitor clients’ website activity and online presence to make recommendations for improvements.
  • Identify new fitness and digital trends and products.
  • Undertake other projects or schemes of work commensurate the post.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
  • Can manage own workload and prioritise tasks to ensure personal KPIs are achieved.
  • Boasts a solid track record of successful digital marketing.
  • Can provide hands on delivery.
  • Has a pro-active attitude and the ability to “get stuff done”.
  • Has the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Has high awareness of client care, a genuine desire to provide clients with service excellence.
  • Is self-motivation, focused, well organised, with excellent time management skills
  • Has excellent communication skills.
  • Has the ability to use appropriate judgment in involving the next level (escalation) or other resources in decision making or processing.
  • Managing and coordinating multiple client accounts
  • Experience of producing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrable computer skills: able to use word-processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation applications
  • Experience of constructing PPC campaigns
Two positions are available:
  1. Full-time commencing February 2022
  2. 10 months Maternity Cover commencing February 2022
