Our Brief
To support the client in developing and delivering marketing support for all service areas, new investment programmes, video/photography and social media training, with a focus on increasing membership numbers for the client’s Sports & Leisure services.
About the Project
ANGUSalive faced unprecedented challenges following the COVID-19 pandemic with membership and revenue declining significantly. The organisation has demonstrated resilience and optimism in its post covid recovery, but with rising expenditure and the cost-of-living crisis, the challenge to operate a sustainable service delivery model remains a strategic priority.
The trust remained committed in offering its local communities the opportunity to participate and access its services. The organisation’s vision is to continue its journey of changing lives by inspiring healthy, active and creative lifestyle choices across Angus.
ANGUSalive work in partnership with TA6, powered by Alliance Leisure, to execute elements of its digital marketing strategy. The partnership included marketing support for all service areas, new investment programmes, video/photography and social media training. The partnership had a particular focus on increasing membership numbers for its Sports & Leisure services.
About ANGUSalive
The charity ANGUSalive is the culture, sport and leisure trust for the county of Angus and has been operating since 1 December 2015.
ANGUSalive offers residents and visitors to Angus a wealth of services which inspire healthy, active and creative lifestyle choices through the use of our sports centres, country parks, theatres and venues, museums, galleries, archives and libraries.
Deliverables
Working in collaboration, TA6 and the team at ANGUSalive created a series of powerful campaigns designed to inspire the local community to connect with the ANGUSalive brand.
Outcomes
In the 12-months from April 2022 – March 2023, the partnership achieved notable success. Live membership numbers increased by 1500 members providing a welcome increase in annualised revenue (~£300k).
TA6 are a key strategic partner of ours and provide us with marketing support and on-trend industry insights but more importantly they challenge our team to do better in an ever-changing marketplace across the different strands of our business.
The past three years have been hugely challenging for everyone but the TA6 team has supported us to achieve some amazing results on our road to recovery.
