To support the client in devising and delivering a strategic post-COVID recovery plan, to help bring membership numbers back up after a significant decline during the pandemic.
About the Project
Like many leisure operators, the Covid-19 pandemic caused unprecedented challenges for the organisation, with fitness membership numbers having declined by a significant amount. The senior management team were required to devise and deliver a strategic post covid recovery plan.
In April 2022, DCLT partnered with TA6 – powered by Alliance Leisure – to provide marketing and people development support across its portfolio.

Deliverables
Working in collaboration, TA6 and the team at DCLT created a series of powerful campaigns designed to inspire local people and connect with the Choose Fitness brand.
One of the key components of the work, was to create strong marketing campaigns for our fitness brand, Choose Fitness. They were quickly able to discern the style of campaign that would both fit and enhance our fitness brand and produced some really creative artwork and videos which made us stand out from our competitors.
They have been helpful and responsive throughout the 12-month relationship and have been a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend TA6 to anyone looking for an agency to assist them on their journey.
