Our Training Philosophy
TA6 have a highly skilled and proven team of trainers who are passionate about developing your team. We have produced a structure that will touch engage different approaches to learning and development. We have a fun, relaxed approach to participation and will tailor every session to the needs of your business and improve the skills and experience of your people.
We have separated the different aspects to learning into 4 different approaches. The different approaches are broken down by the way skills and techniques are presented and delivered.
Training
Our training is either delivered in a traditional format in a classroom environment or in a digital live training setting where skills are presented and your team will have the opportunity to practise the skills in a controlled environment to master the basic elements of the module. Training provides an environment to do, practice and master so that the participant can carry out tasks to the standards required.
Education
This format has been laid out to deliver an information-based session that will provide the most up to date trends and approaches that are evolving within the sector for the desired module.
Coaching
This format is a carried out on a one-to-one basis and is tailored to the individual’s needs. Coaching can include both education and training as providing information and observing skills to set up the team up to be confident and competent is the focus. Where required a hands on approach can be used set in practical environments to enhance the skills of real-life situations to support your team through the theory and then delivery.
e-Learning
The three different styles of learning we use in developing your people are all underpinned by our E-Learning platform Staffmis. This will manage the staff development programme, monitoring attendance, providing tests and certificates. There is a suite of support materials to refer to in the form of video content.

Our aim is to initiate positive change in your people and then drive long term cultural change, raising skill set, motivation, performance. All working towards the primary goal of improving the customer experience and income generation.
